Enable $ADX on BNB Chain as Governance Token

We’re making plenty of changes to heyAura governance recently: first, we voted whether unstaked $ADX tokens should also be enabled as a governance token, now we want to add even more inclusivity by including other networks too, and to democratize governance.

Proposal overview

Until now, only $ADX (incl. staking tokens) on Ethereum were eligible as governance tokens. We now propose to enable holders of $ADX on BNB Chain to also participate in governance. Please note that if this proposal passes, the voting power of $ADX tokens on BNB Chain will be the same as $ADX on Ethereum - half (0.5 points) that of staked $ADX tokens ($ADX-STAKING or $ADX-LOYALTY).

• Yes - allow voting with $ADX on BNB Chain
• No - do not allow voting with $ADX on BNB Chain

Proposal motivation

At present, governance participation is limited to $ADX token holders on Ethereum. Staking plays an important role in the heyAura ecosystem in terms of security, alignment, and long-term commitment, we’re aiming to include all token holders to allow contributing to decision-making since there are $ADX tokens held on the BNB Chain, too.

This proposal aims to extend governance rights to those token holders, too, ensuring broader, more inclusive participation while maintaining the integrity of the system.

Voting eligibility

• Hold $ADX, $ADX-STAKING, or $ADX-LOYALTY on Ethereum before the snapshot.
• Any token changes after the snapshot will not affect the voting power. For example, staking your $ADX tokens after the snapshot will not double your voting power.

Voting timeline

• Vote start: Voting period begins on Friday, May 22nd, 2026, at 13:00 UTC
• Vote end: Voting period closes on Friday, May 29th, 2026, at 13:00 UTC

1. Open the proposal on Snapshot
2. Connect your wallet holding $ADX, $ADX-STAKING, or $ADX-LOYALTY staked tokens
3. Choose one of your voting options and confirm
